We are located within The Hive entertainment complex on the third floor. The address is 3 Grand Parade, Skegness PE25 2UG. You will find the entrance and check-in area within Busters pub, where you will receive a Ski Expedition Pass, drink tokens depending on the package booked. A member of staff will then guide you to the Ice Experience.
This attraction is currently only accessible via stairs as we on the third floor within the Hive complex. We are aiming to become more accessible in the near future with our lift install. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Yes, if you choose to purchase tickets into The Ice Experience, our branded ponchos and gloves are included in the standard package! We also have a VIP premium package which includes a faux fur coat – so why not treat yourself?
Yes, however we strongly suggest you book in advance on our website to avoid
any disappointment as we may not have slots available for your preferred time. If you didn’t book online and want to book on the day instead just head into Busters and they will get you sorted with tickets.
Yes, we cater for parties of all sizes. If there is anything you specifically want just drop us a message on Facebook or email us and we will see what we can do for you.
Inside the actual Ice bar, you can stay up to 20 minutes (if so you dare). You may hang out in the ‘heated’ Avalanche bar as long as you like, and try our selection of delicious
Yes, in fact, you are encouraged to take as many photos as you want. Do not forget to
tag us when you share them on social media #Icebarskegness. You will also be able to get a professional photograph taken within the Avalanche bar.
Yes, you can purchase extra drinks inside the Avalanche bar, unfortunately, it is not
possible to do so inside the actual Ice bar.
All our coats are size XXXL. Please email us if you have any issues with the coat
sizing and we will see what we can do.
Printing your tickets is not necessary. You can enter the Ice Experience by showing your paper tickets (bought via Busters) or e-tickets at the entrance, both are accepted.
It is possible to change your booking (upon availability). Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance by emailing us at email@example.com
If you are late for your time slot, we will try to accommodate you on the next one, however, it will be subjected to availability. Please note, tickets are non-refundable if you miss your session.If you know in advance that you will not be able to make your reservation time, please email us or message us on Facebook to try and arrange an alternate time or date.
If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets and it is also not in your
Junk/Spam folder, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org,
please include the following information: date, time and name you used to make the
booking and we’ll resend you one.
Tickets to the ice experience are non-refundable. We always allow tickets to be rescheduled to a date that suits you as long as it’s 48 hours before your booking.
